90 Days to Gold Coaching!

Gold Rush Coaching - 90 Days to MonaVie Gold Executive




I have identified several people who have made the commitment to go Gold to be

on that Cruise. You will meet them and follow their progress and you can join

in - we will post on the http://www.destinationdiamondblog.com/ everything as it

happens!



Gold Rush Goal Setting



1. Decide exactly what you want your life to look like in 90 days.

"I will be a qualified Gold Executive December 2011"

- Income: I will earn an extra $500 per week

- Lifestyle: We will have a wonderful holiday season - excited that I can

take my family on the MonaVie cruise!

- Health: Me, my family, and the people I care about the most will all be

healthy and fit because of our commitment to MonaVie

- Net Worth: I will be a blessing with my blessings as I tithe 10% of my

weekly income to my local church and invest the second 10% in my future.



2. Write down and post on a Dream Board, on your bathroom mirror, in your


day-timer, on the dash of your car, on your refrigerator all of your goals and


dreams for your life!

- Use "I am" statements: I am Gold December 2011



3. Make written deadlines for yourself: Examples:

- I will be Gold Executive December 2011.

- I will personally sponsor 3 people per month and help them go Star

- I will schedule 2 One-to-Ones per week

- I will devote 1 hour per day listening, reading about MVP

- I will read 30 minutes per day from a positive book ( How to Win Friends

and Influence People, Think and Grow Rich, etc.)



4. Identify the obstacles you will need to overcome to achieve success. (Hint:

the economy is not an obstacle, we all share the same economic wind and check

out http://www.monavieonthemove.com/ to see the new Gold Executives and read the

story of how they set their sails to win!)

- I am not a Gold already because _________________.



5. Identify the skills you will need to learn. Be - Do - Have! When you Become


you will Do what is necessary to Have your dream life!

- Be Nice

- Be a Friend

- Be a good listener

- Become a great recruiter

- Be a Servant Helper

- Be a fun presenter

- Be a Leader

- Be green & growing!



6. Make a list of Candidates & Prospects that grows daily.

- What do you love to do? Get out there and do it! Live life and surround

yourself with people.

- Who do you need in your business?

- Going out to dinner? MonaVie is in 18 countries around the world... try

Indian food tonite!



7. Do Something EVERYDAY towards your MonaVie business.

- Plan your work & Work your plan!

- Make a list of top 6 items you want to accomplish each day.

- Spend a few minutes each day on social media - what are the successful

people doing? Duplicate that!



8. Visualize yourself as a Gold and what you will do with the $500 extra each


week. Get your subconscious working on the solution!


- "How can I get to Gold Executive in the next 90 days?"

One of the all time best move-forward statements I have ever heard is this:


"Well that is exactly why you should take a look at this company."


This works on any objection.

Let’s put all of this together.
In these examples, we are going to stay very basic and not go too

far too fast. Right now, what I want you to get from this training is

the structure and the process--the mechanics.

6 Of the most common objections


While you could validate , neutralize and move forward with a

great deal of success using the information you have learned so

far, let’s talk about a few things that are a bit more objection-

specific.

1. I am too busy – No Time

Validate "I appreciate you letting me know that up front."


Neutralize " How do you feel about that?"

{Prospect Answers}

Move Forward "Well that is exactly why you should take a

look at this company."

Handling Objections and Dealing With People

Step 1



Always validate the objection



Remember, maintain and increase your prospect’s self-

esteem.



After you have heard their objection, you validate it by saying

something like:



I appreciate you sharing that with me.

Or

I appreciate you letting me know that up front.


Step 2



Neutralize the objection



When you neutralize the objection, it does two things:



One, it prevents it from coming up again



Two, it gives the person room and does not make either of you feel

like you are in a debate.



Many times this is done with some type of question…



How do you feel about that?



Or



What if this is something you would be interested in and you did not

take a look at it?



Or



If I did not have the information I do I would feel the same way you

do.

Handling Objections

Objections are not REJECTION, they are someone’s stated
perception of the truth.

When you handle any objection you do it in one or two ways,

____________ is like playing defense and usually causes us to feel negative.



If you _______________________ properly, then it is playing offense--you will

feel more positive.



What you want to happen is to become so comfortable with the

process that it becomes, like blinking or breathing--you don’t even

think about it.

If you learn to Respond, you will stay in control

If you only React, you are being controlled



You have to learn three steps or phases to handling objections.
