1. TO DO - Always work to maintain or increase

someone’s self-esteem .


2. UNDERSTAND - People do not operate from the truth,

they operate from their own perception

of the truth.

3. TO DO - Maintain a positive and effective attitude.

. Your attitude is a tool; ask yourself


if it is working for you or against you. Smile.
4. UNDERSTAND – You must understand you’re

in a relationship with the person you are

talking to.

Day 37 - Coaching - Objections

Is the glass 1/2 full or 1/2 empty???

People see things differently. We all make decisions based on our own perception of the truth, not necessarily the actual truth! In dealing with people, it is very important to not think about being right or wrong - it is OK for someone to have a different point of view. When we are faced with a spoken objection, we want to be prepared to overcome it and help our friend see our point of view and how we can help them. Objections and Rejections are two very different experiences!


This is a lesson I learned very early in my career as a sales rep in the golf & tennis industry. When someone did not place an order with me, I knew they were not rejecting me, Shelly, they simply did not like the colors, styles or price of the garments I was presenting. I had built relationships with people, if they didn't like me - they would not have given me the opportunity to present my wares. The Company I represented was the opportunity - I was simply the messenger!


When they said, no thank you, no order this season. Now, it was up to me to gently overcome any objection they may have. With a smile on my face and love in my heart, I simply wanted them to see, from my point of view, how wonderful my product was, how much it would benefit them and why they should consider purchasing my line of sportswear...


Over the next several days, I will offer some suggestion on how to handle and overcome common objections when dealing with people in your MonaVie business.

Day 31 - Gold Rush - Weekly Goals

A Dream without a plan is just a wish, but a Dream WITH a plan is an unstoppable combination!




Day 30 I suggested a few micro/daily goals to make for yourself. This will add up to be your weekly MonaVie goals:



1. I will meet with 3 MonaVie Prospects just for coffee or lunch to listen to their goals & dreams to see if they may be interested in attending a presentation. I will give them a CD - Your First Look - to listen to on the way home, then I will schedule the best time to call them in a day or two.



2. Follow up with the people I met last week, or placed bottles or 3 day "fab 5" with.



3. I will show the plan and sponsor a minimum of 1 person either as a preferred customer to get started or a new distributor. Obviously, the more I do the faster my business will grow!



4. I will help my new distributors become Star & Star Makers.



5. I am a MonaVie Diamond, I do the activities as if I already have achieved my goals, then I will Have the lifestyle of my dreams!!!

Day 30 Gold Rush Coaching - Daily Goals

How big of a game do you want to play??? Do you really want to fulfill the dreams God has placed in your heart? Not the dreams and goals you fantasize about or occasionally think about every now and then or just simply hope for. But the dreams and goals that will create passion in your life, that move you into daily, monthly and yearly ACTION.

MonaVie can be a part of the plan, your vehicle, that can give you the opportunity to create some additional income - financial freedom. When you have financial freedom, then you will have the personal freedom to pursue those BIG dreams!


This Gold Rush - read your MAP book for more details - is simply a way to break down the bigger goal of Diamond into attainable smaller goals. Example:

We can start each day with a few micro goals:
1. I will add someone to my prospect list.

2. I will make some calls to schedule a one-to-one (invite a friend to have a coffee and chit chat)

3. I will spend an hour learning my business by going to web sites http://www.monavieonthemove.com/ & http://www.r3global.com/ & http://www.monavieuniversity.com/

4. I will listen to CD's in my car & order the new MVP Start Kit in my virtual office.


5. I will read from a good, positive, personal development book every day.

6. I am a MonaVie Diamond!
